2️⃣ Quotation & Pricing

We provide an official quotation with:

• FOB / CFR / CIF pricing options

• Packing cost (if applicable)

• Production lead time

• Courier charges for samples (if requested)

Pricing remains valid for 7 working days unless stated otherwise.

3️⃣ Sample Dispatch (Optional)

To confirm fabric quality before orders:

• Sample size: 1–3 meters depending on fabric

• Courier charge: buyer bears courier cost

• Sample value: No commercial value / Test sample only

Payment method: Advance TT to Indian bank account

4️⃣ Order Confirmation

Once sample/quality is approved:

• Proforma Invoice (PI) issued

• Buyer signs & confirms PI + payment terms

• Production / loom allocation begins

Production starts after payment confirmation as per agreed terms.

5️⃣ Production & Quality Check

• Air-jet weaving with in-house section warping

• In-house TFO for yarn consistency

• Physical QC & meterage inspection before packing

Inspection reports available upon request.

6️⃣ Packing & Dispatch

• HDPE bale packing for export

• Bale labeling: Item / Meterage / Lot / Buyer Ref.

• Palletization available on request (Chargeable)

Packaging customized based on shipping line requirements.

7️⃣ Shipping & Documentation

We arrange the required export documentation:

✔ Commercial Invoice

✔ Packing List

✔ BL / AWB

✔ Certificate of Origin

✔ GSP (If applicable)

✔ Fumigation (If required)

✔ Phytosanitary (If required)
